More Than a Baking Class—A Hands-On Baking Workshop
From warm cookies straight out of the oven to laughter around the mixer, these workshops are designed to be welcoming, interactive, and fun. But they're also designed to help you become a better baker.
In these hands-on baking workshops, you'll learn how to make thick, bakery-style cookies from scratch while discovering the science and techniques behind what makes them so good. Rather than simply following a recipe, you'll learn how ingredients work together, why certain techniques matter, and how small changes can dramatically affect the final cookie.
Throughout the workshop, we'll make multiple cookie varieties while exploring concepts such as ingredient function, measuring techniques, mixing methods, dough consistency, baking temperatures, and texture development. You'll participate in the baking process, ask questions, sample cookies, and gain practical skills you can use long after class is over.
Whether you're a beginner baker looking to build confidence or an experienced home baker wanting to understand the "why" behind great cookies, this workshop will help you bake smarter—not just follow recipes.
You'll leave with baked cookies to enjoy at home, a deeper understanding of cookie baking, and the confidence to recreate bakery-style results in your own kitchen.
No baking experience is required—just bring yourself and get ready to learn, bake, and have fun.
You'll learn not just how to make bakery-style cookies, but why each step matters so you can confidently bake them at home again and again.
