Presales allow you to preorder limited seasonal cookie sets before a holiday or special event. Orders are placed during a specific ordering window and picked up on scheduled pickup dates.
When do orders close?
Each presale has its own ordering deadline. Because quantities are limited, some presales may close early once availability is reached.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is typically in Downtown Hartselle and Huntsville/Madison off of 565. Pickup details and instructions will be emailed prior to pickup day.
Do you ship?
At this time, presale cookies are available for local pickup only.

Presale sets are sold as designed to help streamline holiday ordering. If you’re looking for fully custom cookies, please visit the custom order page.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
Once ordering closes, additional sets may not be available. I recommend ordering early since many holiday presales sell out quickly.
