📦 Ordering & PickupÂ
Where are you located?Â
All Good Things is a licensed home bakery located in Hartselle, Alabama, just off I-65. I also offer occasional weekday pickups in Huntsville/Madison by arrangement.Â
Do you have a storefront?Â
I do not have a physical storefront. All Good Things operates as a home-based bakery, so all pickups are pre-arranged and made by appointment only.Â
How do I place a custom cookie order?Â
To request a custom order, just fill out the quote request form with a few details about your event. I’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days to confirm availability and pricing.
Do you have a minimum order?Â
Yes. The minimum for custom cookie orders is 1 dozen. For larger orders, I’m happy to work with you to create a cohesive set that matches your event or theme!Â
How far in advance should I place my order?Â
Custom orders book up quickly! I recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks in advance. During holiday seasons, even earlier is best.Â
đź’° Pricing, Payment & PoliciesÂ
How much are custom cookies?
Pricing depends on the size, design, and level of detail. You can view base pricing here, and I’ll give you a final quote once we finalize your theme.Â
Do you offer refunds?Â
Because all orders are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is received. As soon as an order is confirmed, preparations begin immediately — including purchasing supplies and blocking out time in our schedule.
If possible, and with proper notice, we will try to accommodate rescheduling.
What is your cancellation policy?
For custom orders: cancellations are not eligible for refund, but may be rescheduled with proper notice.
For classes: tickets are nonrefundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if needed.Â
Do you ship cookies?Â
I do not currently ship cookies. All Good Things is a licensed home bakery in Alabama, and at this time, I offer pickup only in Hartselle, AL.Â
🍪 ClassesÂ
Do you offer classes?Â
Yes! I host cookie decorating classes throughout the year — they’re fun, beginner-friendly, and perfect for a creative outing. View upcoming class dates here or book a private party with friends!Â
⚠️ Allergies & StorageÂ
Do you offer allergy-friendly cookies?Â
My cookies contain common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and sometimes nuts. While I do my best to avoid cross-contact, I bake in a home kitchen where allergens are present and cannot guarantee allergen-free treats.Â
Do you offer gluten-free cookies?Â
I offer cookies made with gluten-free flour upon request. However, please note that I bake in a home kitchen where gluten-containing ingredients are also used.
All cookies are prepared on shared surfaces and equipment, so while I do my best, I cannot guarantee they are 100% free from gluten cross-contact.
If you or your recipient has celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, this option may not be suitable.
How long do your cookies stay fresh?Â
Each cookie is heat-sealed for freshness and will stay soft for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. You can also freeze cookies for up to 3 months — just keep them sealed and let them come to room temp before opening.Â
